Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Qatar, and shipping is free.

How can I pay?

You can pay online at checkout or choose cash on delivery where it is offered.

How do I return an item?

You have 7 days from receiving your order. Sign in at your account, choose Create a request, and we will email you once it is approved with the next steps. The return transport cost is paid by the customer and is deducted from your refund.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days, less the return transport cost, to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund as store credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Choose the exchange option when you create your return request, subject to availability.

Which items cannot be returned?

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

How do I create an account?

Go to account.shopactive8.com and enter your email. We will send you a code, and your account is created the first time you sign in.
