Track Your Order
Once your ACTIVE8 order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
How to follow your order
- Check your email. The shipping confirmation includes a Track your package button.
- Or sign in to your account. Go to your account, open Orders and select your order to see its current status.
- Need help? Send your order number to info@shopactive8.com and we will update you personally.
Order stages
- Order placed – we have received your order.
- Preparing – your pieces are being checked and packed.
- Shipped – on its way, with tracking.
- Delivered – at your door.
